I have asked for, and received permission, to share with you these screenshots. First is my cute, little cat pet.

Next up is Horonaim and the Plum Blossom Cat. My avatar is a slightly modified stock model. I had to choose between playing and spending a substantial time customizing my avatar. Considering that this is an internal server I had no need to customize, but I familiarized myself with the customization interface anyway just so I can do it when the game actually opens to the public. There are 5 humanoid models for a Yaojing; the fox, the bat, the cat, the rabbit, and the dragon. I chose the dragon model.
Of course I have to include a screenshot of the two of us battling a monster. That little cat is tough enough to handle that monster alone without any help from me, but I’m casting a Vile Insect spell anyway.

Are all pets tamable? The only req I know to tame a pet, is that it has to be a lower level than you, um…what if level 100 na po kayo…does that mean that u can tame a monster thats lvl 99 or less?

No, not all the monsters are tamable nor do the tamable ones have the same level of difficulty.
Also, you do not need to be of a higher level than the monster you want to tame, though it does help. If the monster is of a higher level than you it makes it all the more harder to tame it.

Just an OT question mam…did you customize your character to look like you? =p

oh that’s a dragon model. thought it was moose or deer (mistook the thingies on the head for antlers ^^). high water detail + water reflection = wow! thanks for blogging about your experiences in-game, very much appreciated.

Ah, so iyon pala ang tawag sa spell (tried out PWMY and had no idea what that spell does).
“Horonaim of plum blossom cat” – it looks like you guys may end up messing with some of the code, even if its just for the format.

Uhm, hello. I was just wondering why its Horonaim of plum blossom cat, not Plum Blossom Cat of Horonaim. Did you intend it to be like that? Or was it because of the translation?
May 2, 2007 at 3:04 pm
@ DarkEpraizer
Nope
@ sandro
Yep. Those kinds of horns are standard for oriental dragons.
@ Paul Renzo
The translation is not final, but it’s either Vile or Virulent as far as I know.
@ Paul Renzo & VJV
It’s supposed to read “Horonaim’s Plum Blossom Cat,” but this is still the internal test server so yes there are script irregularities.
